The shielding bags offer superior ESD protection for CMO’s, MOS and other highly ESD-sensitive components. These bags are also semi-transparent for easy identification. Seal top closure for easy access to contents.
Buried metal construction provides double protection against static discharge. Amine/amide-free interior will not corrode polycarbonate surfaces and produces no outgassing. Grey static shielding bags are humidity-independent and heat sealable to protect from moisture and dust during handling and storage. The 3/8” side seal ensures packaging integrity during storage and handling.
Zipper locking static bags meet the requirements of EIA Std. 541. The poly esd bags also meet the electrical and physical requirements of MIL-PRF-81705D, Type III Class I but are not QPL approved. The antistatic plastic bags contain no N-octanoic acid and are compatible with polycarbonate materials.
